ButterflyMX Pedestrian Gates Go Live
Vista Monterey is upgrading to ButterflyMX — a more secure and convenient way to access the community. Using the free ButterflyMX app, residents can open both pedestrian gates from their smartphone, receive visitor calls directly through the app, and grant guests remote access from anywhere.
It is also a more reliable replacement for the previous gate directory system. We recommend downloading the app and completing your setup before the system is activated.

ButterflyMX allows residents and tenants to use a smartphone app to access approved community pedestrian gates — no key fob required. Residents can also grant temporary access to family, guests, vendors, and service providers from anywhere.

Getting Started

Create or activate your ButterflyMX account once invited or authorized by management.
